When Michigan State University goes green, it goes to the MSU Surplus Store and Recycling Center.

Our goal is to keep the MSU community as green as possible by keeping our materials out of landfills, and we do that in a lot of ways.

Results are in for Campus Race to Zero Waste! For the third straight year, Spartans sorted the most cardboard during the competition! We also finished first in the categories for bottle/cans and paper.

Get a used bike tomorrow at Surplus!

*1:50PM update: there’s only about 30 (of 400+) bikes left and are in need of repairs*

The bikes have arrived for our annual sale tomorrow! Bikes will be $40 each and available 9am - 3:30pm on May 28 and again for our regular Friday public sale. (Thursday JUST bikes will be for sale)

Looking for just a part? Bring your tools, as scrap parts will be $1/lb
