Happy ! We have another Greenline Alumni we would like to shout out, James Mooney! James is an essential worker and we want to express our dearest gratitude. James shared with us, “I am working as a Physician for the United States Army currently completing my Psychiatry Residency stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Our mission is to support the mental health and well being for Service members from every branch in order to promote readiness and well being as well as provide care for their families and local veterans. Congratulations to the class of 2020 as you progress on your journey. Go Green and Spartans Will.” Thank you so much for all that you do, James! Happy ! This week we are hearing from a Greenline Alum, Megan Davis. Megan is an essential worker during COVID-19 and we wanted to show our appreciation for her and all others working hard during these times. When talking with Megan, she shared:
“After graduating this past semester from the MSU College of Nursing I took no time off and started working in the field three days after my last final. I accepted a job working as an Emergency Room Nurse on the front lines of this COVID pandemic. My experience in the ER has been a roller coaster of emotions. I see patients who are very sick and fighting for their lives. I see the hard working EMS, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, and countless medical employees working 24 hours a day everyday. I have also seen incredible community support with donations of food, masks, caps, positive messages, and more! Despite this fearful time, I see hope and love all around. The front liners are here to help and we aren’t going anywhere!

I am so happy to finally say I am an ER Nurse and MSU Alumni! My education has prepared me for this pandemic and has shaped me into the nurse I am today. I will forever be grateful for my time at MSU and all the people I have met over the years. Let’s continue to stand strong together. Spartans Will!” Thank you so much for all that you do Megan!
