Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, Gentlemen Welcome to the Iota Iota Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha.

Over the past few years, we have been working diligently to elevate our alumni relations, housing improvements and campus involvement. As a Chapter, we focus to carry on the strong tradition we have established on Michigan State’s campus in order to remain a top house for years to come. As individuals, we strive to uphold the four pillars of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity while creating valuable life experiences and lifelong bonds.

On Wednesday, October 29th, brothers of Iota Iota paired up with the ladies of Kappa Kappa Gamma and spent their nights with Special Olympics Michigan, playing games of floor hockey with special needs children and adults from the Lansing area.

Here is a great article from the State News that recaps the events of the night!

Trick-or-Treat, Safe Halloween Returns 10/28/2014

On Thursday, October 30th, the Iota Iota Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was paired with Alpha Chi Omega for East Lansing's "Safe Halloween". This is an event put on by MSU Greek Life that allows fraternities and sororities to help out the community by passing out candy to East Lansing's youth, and to raise money for local charities. Many brothers participated in this great event that turned out to be a huge success!

Here is an excellent article that gives a run-down on the event and all the charities and foundations it benefited.

Earlier this month, from September 30th to October 2nd, the Iota Iota chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha hosted the 2nd Annual Pike Fireman's Challenge, a philanthropy event that consisted of several fun events such as an obstacle course, campus quest, and jousting tournament. Teams consisted of 2 brothers who acted as coaches for their assigned Sorority, whose members participated in the team oriented events.

All proceeds from this event benefit the Taylor Trudeau Cycle for Life, an organization that was created to raise funding for blood cancer research in honor of Brother Taylor Trudeau (Gamma Mu, '04, University of New Hampshire), who passed away after a long battle with Leukemia on August 17th, 2008.

Once all the donations and points from the events were added up, the Ladies of Alpha Xi Delta were crowned winners of the 2nd Annual Pike Fireman's Challenge! Congratulations!

The Iota Iota Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha would like to thank everyone who participated and/or donated to benefit this great cause.

Today the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha participated in a neighborhood cleanup with the ladies of Alpha Phi. Neighborhood cleanups are hosted annually by the Community Relations Coalition (CRC) in an effort to clean up East Lansing’s off-campus neighborhoods following MSU home football games. This is another event the Greek Community displayed its respect and appreciation to the city of East Lansing. Thank you to those who were able to participate!!
