Hey spartans!
Join WRAC in congratulating Dr. Nancy DeJoy, and her community partners, who just received the Distinguished Partnership Award for Community-Engaged Creative Activity.
Dr. DeJoy, and her partners, will officially receive the award 3/21 at the MSU Outreach and Engagement Awards Ceremony, which takes place from 4:30 to 6:30 PM in the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center. The event can also be viewed live on the Michigan State University YouTube channel.

Get ready for the special asynchronous event, Global Digital Humanities Symposium. The first opportunity to attend will be online, from March 18-20, followed by an in-person option from March 22-23.
The four keynote speakers are Rachel Adams, Sara Morais dos Santos Bruss, Alex Gil, and Bill Hart-Davidson.
Get ready for some insightful commentary on AI, and digital spaces, from the wonderful keynote speakers.

Thanks to George Mason University, students and faculty at MSU will have the opportunity to attend an upcoming event; “Dialogues in Community Writing”.
Two different events will be offered by the university in the month of March:
March 1st : “Constellating Care in Community Writing” & “Honoring Trans/Crip Tensions in Community Writing”
March 22nd : “How does Community Mean” & “The Communities and Stories that Craft Pedagogy, Methodology, and Theory”

This Monday, February 19th, join us for a discussion, and book signing, from author Bonnie Jo Campbell, who will be showing off her new book release The Waters.
Some of Campbell's previous works include Once Upon a River, Q Road, and critically acclaimed short fiction collections.
For those interested, the event will be in person in the MSU Main Library, Green Room (W444), from 5:00PM-7:00PM
