This summer, Michigan State University's College of Education and the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology are teaming up to host the Advancing Youth Physical Activity in Michigan Conference.
On Wednesday, August 12th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this gathering at the MSU STEM Teaching and Learning Facility will unite educators, school leaders, health professionals, researchers, and community partners to explore how whole-school physical activity can serve as a powerful strategy for improving student health, learning, and overall well-being.
Prospective attendees are asked to register online. In doing so, they will see that the conference's $125 registration fee comes with materials, lunch, and SCECHs (pending MDE approval). Individuals with questions can review this conference announcement or email Megan Papoi at [email protected].
