Starting preseason wrestling workouts this week; August 5th - Tuesday/Thursday 6-8:00pm at MacDonald middle school, upper gym (use door 5, North side of building)
1st hour wrestling/2nd hour circuit training

No wrestling practice tonight (Monday)
Normal practice Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8:00pm
Tournament this Sunday - Olivet
There will be wrestling practice tonight - 6-8:00pm - you must weigh-in if you plan on wrestling Sunday in Grand Ledge
