The Student Organic Farm farm stand is open every Monday this summer from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at MSU International Center.
In addition to fresh, locally grown produce, visitors can learn where to find Student Organic Farm products across campus, explore upcoming projects and volunteer opportunities and discover fun agriculture facts.

Following the success of Season 1, filming is officially underway for Season 2 of Forks Up!, a recurring segment on WLNS TV 6.
Filmed at Bradly's HG in Lansing's historic Old Town, the show blends culinary education with entertainment, giving viewers helpful cooking tips and creative inspiration from our chefs.

We can't wait to bring you even more chef tips, culinary techniques and behind-the-scenes insights from the talented chefs of Michigan State University Culinary Services. Something exciting is happening at the Union! 🐿️🚧
Renovations are underway as the former Sparty's space is transformed into a new Sparty's Market, set to open in fall 2026.
The new location will offer grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options, including breakfast pizzas, bagel sandwiches, paninis and soups. Grubhub ordering will feature cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, rotating specialty pizzas, tacos and a variety of rice bowls.
Stay tuned for more updates as the new Sparty's Market takes shape!

Michigan State University Culinary Services has received a bronze award from the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) in the Residential Special Event of the Year category for its annual Dickens Dinner. As part of MSU’s Experiential Dining series, the event allows students to use meal swipes to attend a unique culinary experience inspired by 19th-century London. Featuring an English-inspired menu, literary excerpts from Charles Dickens and an accomplished chef from Liverpool, the dinner has become a cherished campus tradition celebrating the holiday season through food, storytelling and history.
