The Bug House is open until 1pm today for our special our Eight-Legged Saturday! We are located in room 147 of the Natural Science Building - most campus parking is free on the weekends!
Our next free open house is this Saturday! Celebrate Six-Legged Saturday in 8-legged style with a special 🕷️ spider-themed storytime 📖 at 10:30am and spider crafts!! 🕸️😁 We'll be open from 10am until 1pm on Saturday, July 18!

We are so excited to announce TWO free Bug House events next Saturday, June 20!
From 10am until 1pm, the Bug House will be open for Six-Legged Saturday! Join us in the Natural Science Building for crafts, story time, and all things bugs!
Later, starting at 9:30pm, we'll be in the Beal Botanical Garden for an evening of blacklighting! Backlighting attracts nocturnal insects to illuminated sheets, allowing visitors to observe and photograph a diversity of local insects!

We're getting ready for our next FREE Monday Night Open House! The Bug House will be OPEN to the public from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Monday, June 8. Stop by and meet our menagerie of live insects & other arthropods! No registration required. Most parking on campus is free after 6pm!
