Join us this week Thursday night, July 20th 7 - 8 pm on facebook live. July is our "Farriers" podcast. Guest host is Dave Hallock a board member on the American Farriers Association and the director of the MSU Farriers School. Dave has invited the Exec Dir from the AFA and the author of the Hoof Book. We are very excited about this topic that relates to every horse owner - every breed and every discipline! If you have questions for some of our farriers, please jot them in the comments. You can send them any time prior to the show and during the show. We will do our best to give you feedback. See you Thursday July 20th at 7 pm!

How appropriate is it that the last full day of class for the Farrier students we are trimming at the MSU Horse Teaching & Research Center. A good group of students and horses to finish up with.

Today we were pleased to host Re*****on Leach from Grand Circuit. He took the day to talk with us about the use of modern materials for quarter crack repair, hoof wall repair, and directly glueing aluminum shoes on. The students all got the opportunity to glue a shoe onto a cadaver leg. Thanks for your time and sharing your knowledge!
