What We're Looking For:

- Experience working with children (autism, ADHD, neurodiversity)
- Completed or willing to complete 40-hour RBT training (we cover exam fees!)
- Love learning & professional growth
- Playful, creative approach to teaching
- Strong team player who can also work independently

Parents, teachers, and behavior analysts, did you know that the way your little ones draw, color, and write can be a powerful tool for developing crucial motor skills? It’s not just about creating art – it’s about building foundational abilities that will support your child’s growth!
🌟 Mix It Up: Encourage drawing and writing in different positions:

Sitting at a table
Standing at an easel
Laying down on the floor
Propped up on a cushion

Each position challenges different muscle groups and helps develop:
