𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.
That's why we're excited to welcome Clyde Voce to NHAOPA this summer for a special vocal master class as part of our Broadway Bound Summer Musical Theatre Intensive.
During this 90-minute session, students will work on the skills that separate good performers from great ones: vocal technique, storytelling through song, emotional connection, breath control, and performance confidence.
Whether they're preparing for auditions, stepping into a lead role, or simply looking to take their singing to the next level, students will gain valuable tools they can use long after the summer ends.
At Broadway Bound, we believe musical theatre training should go beyond learning songs and choreography. It should help students become stronger, more confident performers both on and off the stage.
We can't wait for our students to learn from Clyde and add another incredible experience to what is shaping up to be an unforgettable summer.

Broadway. National Tours. Television. Film.

This summer, our Broadway Bound students will work with our very own Miss Chavon as they prepare for one of the most important moments of the week: their mock audition before auditioning for our Mean Girls casting director.

But if you know Miss Chavon, you know she never does the bare minimum.

Throughout the week she'll be helping our students sharpen their audition skills, build confidence, strengthen their performance technique, and prepare for what it really takes to be a true triple threat performer.

When you've spent years working professionally in this industry, you learn things that can't be taught from a textbook.

And this summer, our students get to learn from someone who has been there, done that, and continues to inspire the next generation of performers every day.

𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

We are excited to welcome Mary Beth Donahue to NHAOPA this summer as a special guest artist for our Broadway Bound Summer Musical Theatre Intensive production of Mean Girls.

Mary Beth performed in the First National Tour of Mean Girls and Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and this summer she will be working directly with our cast while teaching original choreography from the national tour.

This is exactly why we created Broadway Bound. We want our students learning from artists who have performed these shows professionally and can bring that real-world experience directly into the rehearsal room.

It's going to be an incredible summer, and we can't wait for our teens to learn from Mary Beth and bring Mean Girls to life on the Cabaret on Main stage.

In preparation for our largest and most comprehensive Broadway Bound Summer Musical Theatre Intensive, we are delighted to welcome Davon Williams, a renowned producer and performer, as a guest Masterclass instructor, who will share his expertise with our 46 talented teens.

Running a performing arts school, professional theater venue, and community theater outreach program is not easy right now.

There are a lot of long days, late nights, stress, sacrifices, and moments where you wonder if people truly see everything it takes behind the scenes to keep the arts alive and accessible for our community.
