The EHHS Comet Newspaper This is a newspaper entirely created by students, for students! We publish four 8-page newspapers per school year.
The students in the Journalism class learn how to write news stories, conduct interviews, and edit the paper. We are always looking for guest reporters, photographers and cartoonists. Feel free to submit any original material!

This is just a bit of what it takes to organize the newspapers to distribute throughout the school! Your Comet staff works hard to bring you a paper that you will enjoy!
We have begun producing Issue 3 and papers will be distributed at the end of the third marking term. If you have any questions, ideas, or want to contribute to this EHHS tradition, message us here, e-mail us, post on our google site,

If you didn't get a copy of the paper in your first period class, be sure to stop by the LMC, guidance or the main office and pick one up!

The newspapers arrived Friday afternoon and will be distributed first period TODAY!
Due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy on New Jersey, our publisher (base on the Jersey shore) was unable to send our newspaper to us. Now that they have regained power, The Comet should arrive this week and will hopefully be distributed Friday or sooner!
Hope everyone is safe and sound after hurricane Sandy. First issue newspapers will be distributed when school resumes.
