At Whippany Boxing, we believe quality coaching starts with keeping our classes small.

We intentionally cap our class sizes to prevent overcrowding and have multiple instructors helping throughout our classes. This allows us to give each student individualized feedback and instruction so they can continue to improve every time they step through the doors.

We offer dedicated age groups for:

🥊 Ages 5–7
🥊 Ages 8–11
🥊 Ages 12–16

Whether your child is brand new to boxing or already has experience, they’ll learn real boxing fundamentals while developing confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness, and self-defense skills—all while having fun and being challenged.
