Lions Den Martial Arts & Fitness We are a full service Martial Arts and combat sports facility located in the Market 32 plaza in East Greenbush.

We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , Wrestling,Boxing,Muay Thai , Judo, MMA as well as fitness classes. We offer classes and training in Wrestling , Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai , Boxing and MMA.
