25 years! It’s hard to believe today is the last day for our child care center. It has been truly amazing to watch these children grow during their time in our room. So many great memories filled with laughter, joy, craziness,and some tears. I would like to thank everyone for trusting us to care for your child/family over the years.
We are looking forward to September as we transition into our preschool classroom! Have a great summer!

Update: our caterpillars formed into their chrysalis. We were fortunate to catch one of them breaking out as you can see in the close up picture below. We are waiting for 2 more to come out . The kids have enjoyed watching them eat and fly around in their habitat.

This week we are learning about caterpillars and butterflies. We have 10 caterpillars as our classroom pets. Today we talked about the life cycle of a butterfly. We took a picture of our pets from last week to this week. You can see they are bigger and one is starting to form the letter J to make its chrysalis. The kids love watching them move around.

Today was the grand opening of the Sacred Heart Grocery Store. The kids were busy shopping, scanning, asking if they would like paper or plastic bags. The price of groceries were $3 to $100. The store will be open during our normal business hours.
