Riverside Christian School

🎓 Tuesday was an exciting day for our six seniors! During their "Life Beyond the Classroom" class, each student worked on college applications and took a step toward what comes after graduation.

A big thank-you to the generous donor who covered one college application fee for each senior! We also had fun showing our college spirit by wearing shirts and sweatshirts representing schools we love.

At Riverside, we want our students to feel prepared for what comes next, and College Application Day is just one more way we’re helping them get ready for life beyond the classroom. We’re so proud of these six seniors and look forward to seeing where God leads them!

📣The 11th Annual NW Minnesota Conference Cross Country Meet is TODAY in Thief River Falls! RCS has FOUR teams competing against 14 schools - JH Girls, JH Boys, Varsity Girls & Varsity Boys!

With 15 middle school boys participating in cross country this year (what a blessing!), coaches are excited to have both a junior high boys’ team and a varsity boys’ team competing at today’s conference meet!

Our coaches learned that eligible junior high boys can compete in one varsity race and then still participate in middle school races. This allows a few of our boys to run in the varsity race today before moving back to the middle school races for the remaining events. It’s a great opportunity for our runners to challenge themselves, gain experience, and compete at both levels!

Let's Go RAMS!!!!

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength… Impress them on your children.” - Deuteronomy 6:5, 7

Did you know Riverside Christian School began in 1982 as Shema Christian School? With just one teacher, Pearl Steinkuehler, and five students in grades 1–3, our school was founded on the very scripture that inspired its name.

Deuteronomy 6:4–9 reminds us of the importance of loving God wholeheartedly and faithfully teaching His Word to the next generation. What a beautiful foundation for a school and one that continues to guide us 44 years later!

On this National Coaches Day, we wanted to send a big thank you to all of our Riverside athletics and activities coaches! We are so grateful for the time, energy, and heart you pour into our students.

Thank you for teaching more than skills. You are helping our students grow in character, confidence, teamwork, and faith. Your investment in their lives makes a lasting difference!

We appreciate you and all you do for our RAMS family!

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

Attn MOMS: Join us FRIDAY, OCT 2 from 8:30-9am for MOMS IN PRAYER. We will pray for 30 minutes.

"May we ever, Lord, be bringing all to Thee in earnest prayer."

🙏☕"Find community. Find purpose. We are mothers who, together, bring all our concerns before our Heavenly Father. In prayer, we know that we are not alone and this gives us reassurance and hope. Let us stand with you in prayer for your children and their school. We are delighted to meet you!"
