Exhale is a newly forming, Christian non-profit group, established by Lucy Long and Andrea Weyandt, serving local single moms and their children. With more than 50% of marriages today ending in divorce, we recognize that there is a significant need for support. Exhale will hold bimonthly get-togethers for single moms, providing a free meal, personal growth and education, opportunities to share and

learn and build friendships, free childcare, and a free giveaway following each meeting. Additionally, we will be providing a free casserole to each participating single mom one night a week, to help lighten the burden and ensure that children have a nutritious home cooked meal as often as possible. We also plan to offer free mom and child special activities from time-to-time, such as family movie nights, mini-golf and ice cream, snow-tubing outings, etc. NOTE: Single moms include moms who have never been married, widows, moms who were married but are now separated or divorced, and single moms who may also be dating.
