I am re-launching my free online story, The Secret Prince, for a new audience. I wrote this story (currently 77 chapters) to support children stuck at home during the pandemic. Today, across the US, many families have gone into seclusion for a different reason.

This read aloud book-length story for kids aged 4 to 12, shows how Ronduin and Mirabel thrive while in seclusion due to a flood. Parents tell me this story helped their kids
cope with seclusion. They were inspired to make their own jump ropes and bean bags and they learned to jump rope and to juggle. And, they tell me that their children were always eager for the next chapter.

Here is a link to a new launch page geared to families currently in seclusion. Please share with relevant individuals, schools, institutions and websites.

The Secret Prince is an ongoing free story meant to help children aged 4 to 12 who are experiencing a time of seclusion. The story shows two children being stuck inside for weeks due to a flood. Ro…

I’m considering offering a Zoom course called Foundations of Waldorf Parenting. It would be four sessions and focus on ages 6 to 12. I’d like to deliver this to one school at a time so participants know each other. I would also offer it occasionally for individuals.
Do you think you or your school would be interested in this ?

Welcome new followers!
When my book, A Gift of Wonder, was published, WCAI, our local NPR station invited me to join them in their studio for an interview.

Note: the intro to the video includes a link to order the book from a now unused PO box. Here’s a current list of ordering options:

I’m dedicating this school year to sharing newish resources that fit within Waldorf values but are NOT
created by Waldorf Sources. To help with this resource list, please post ( or send a message I can post with) a link and explain why you think this resource fits well in a Waldorf school or homeschool.

I’ll start with Brain Body Parenting by Mona Delahooke. I think it’s a good candidate for a Waldorf resource because, like child studies, the emphasis is on helping a child by deeply understanding them
