Frequently asked questions:

(1) Pants and shoes are not important for these fall photos, as pictures will only be chest up.

(2) Parents can call 478-274-1742 to pay with a credit card. If you choose to pay through Venmo (), please put identifying information in the notes, such as child’s name, grade, and teacher.

(3) If a backdrop is not chosen on the order form, or if the child does not have an order form, the blue backdrop will be chosen for the child. Retakes at no charge CANNOT be done to change backdrop.

(4) Include 8% sales tax for purchases. (Multiply total by .08 to determine sales tax amount.) We are a private company and are required to collect sales tax.

(5) Please no siblings photographed together.

(6) If you lose the order form, you may write the order on paper and put it in an envelope. Please write child’s name, teacher, grade, order choice, and backdrop choice on envelope.

Reminder: Morning Arrival & Afternoon Dismissal Procedures

Thank you for helping keep our car line safe and moving smoothly for everyone! Here's a quick refresher on our procedures:

🚗 Morning Arrival

-Please use the car line for drop-off. Parking lot drop-offs and parent walk-ins aren't permitted unless you've received prior approval from administration.

-Help your child be unbuckled and ready to go before an attendant opens the door. This keeps the line moving quickly.

-For everyone's safety, please have students wait for an attendant to open the door before exiting the vehicle.

-Students should exit on the passenger side.

-Before pulling away, please take a moment to check for movement around your car.

🏫 Afternoon Dismissal

-Please display your car rider tag where attendants can easily see it (not flat on the dash). This helps us get your child to you faster! Keep it visible until your child is safely in the car.

-If you arrive without a tag, we'll ask you to pull around and wait until 3:15 to sign your child out with a photo ID.

-Picking up more than two students? Please use the inside car line (closest to the building).

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. It makes a big difference for our students' safety!

All car rider tags must be displayed starting today!

‼️‼️PLEASE READ‼️
Car rider tags must be displayed by Monday, August 24th. Anyone who does not have a tag will be asked to park, come inside at 3:10, and show a valid ID to check out their child.

For the safety of our students, parents are not permitted in the building between 2:30 and 3:10 while students are being dismissed.
