The Kids Heart Challenge is here!

If you haven’t already, please register for our school team at http://www2.heart.org/goto/eastlaurenselem or by searching Kids Heart Challenge in the app store for your mobile device. Our students are participating in physical and emotional health activities, learning about how their hearts work and how to keep them healthy, and hearing from kids with special hearts (like our very own Sophia) and raising funds to help kids like them. Plus, the American Heart Association is supporting the health of our students by giving back to our school with U.S Games certificates and direct contributions to the teacher per grade level with the most students registered online.

The Kids Heart Challenge will kick off on Tuesday, January 28 with a school-wide assembly. If we meet our school goal of $1500, coach D will get slimed! Our goal is every student to register online and raise at least $5 each. There will be other rewards via top classroom and grade level fundraiser. See the previous post to register online today!
