Attention 7th-grade Parents:

Written notification is being sent home today, Thursday, August 20, 2026, to ensure that parents/guardians are aware of their student’s immunization status. If your student receives a letter, it is to notify you that your 7th-grade student's immunizations are not currently up to date according to state-required immunization requirements.

Please make arrangements to have your student receive any required immunizations and provide the school with updated documentation as soon as possible. If your student has an approved waiver, please provide a copy to the school.

Important Deadline: Students who are not up to date with their required immunizations or who have not provided an appropriate waiver by September 22, 2026, will not be permitted to return to school beginning September 23, 2026. Students will remain unable to attend school until their required immunizations are up to date or the appropriate documentation has been provided.
