Lincoln School had the pleasure of being part of the wonderful Alumni Takeover Day, and we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Central High School alumni who came out to support and inspire our students. It was truly an awesome experience for everyone involved.
Our students were excited and asking thoughtful questions and enjoying meaningful conversations with the alumni. In return, our guests were more than happy to share their experiences, offer advice, and encourage our students to think about their own futures.
We were honored to welcome alumni who stepped into a variety of roles throughout the day, including guest teachers, readers, nurses, and even a principal. Their presence brought learning to life in a unique and memorable way.
For our alumni, the day was filled with special moments of reminiscing, while for our students, it was a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired. Thank you again to all who participated in making this day such a success!

We truly appreciate Mr. Rancifer taking time out of his busy schedule to return home and engage with our students. His visit was a wonderful experience for everyone involved.

Lincoln School’s Robotics Team participated in its very first scrimmage. For many of the students, this was their first time competing, and they rose to the occasion with enthusiasm and determination. Under the guidance of their dedicated coach Mr. Rios, students learned how to design, build, and assemble their robots, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way. The scrimmage was not only a chance to compete but also an opportunity to connect with students from other schools. In a great display of teamwork and sportsmanship, fellow competitors stepped in to offer support whenever Lincoln's team encountered challenges with their robot. This spirit of collaboration made the experience even more meaningful for everyone involved. Overall, Lincoln's Robotics Team did an outstanding job at their debut event. Their hard work, perseverance, and willingness to learn were clearly on display. Great job, Lincoln—this is just the beginning!

Our final Family Engagement Night of the year was a wonderful celebration of creativity, connection, and community. We are incredibly grateful to all the families who have supported and attended our events throughout the year—your involvement has made each gathering meaningful and memorable.
For this special evening, families came together to paint terra cotta pots, transforming simple materials into unique works of art. Each family member received a pot, along with potting soil and flower seeds to take home. While the pots were beautifully painted at the event, the planting experience continues beyond the night—giving families the opportunity to spend time together nurturing their seeds and watching them grow.
It was inspiring to see the creativity and artistic spirit of our school community on full display. Every pot reflected the individuality and imagination of the families who created them.
We look forward to hosting more engaging and joyful events in the upcoming school year and continuing to build strong connections with our wonderful families.
