Last, but certainly not least, are the May '26 Tigers of the Month!

These four students and teacher earned this title for their outstanding work both inside & out of the classroom. 🏅Congrats to Gennesis A., Geovanny L., Maximus O., Nhi D, and teacher of Digital Film, Mr. Libitz! Great work this year, Tigers!

This Spring was an amazing season for the Digital Film career program students as they showcased their films and won awards at the Garden State Film Festival, Kent Place Film Festival, and Count Basie Center Breakthrough Filmmaker Fest. They were finalists at the SModcastle Film Festival, and sold out the 12th Reel Film Festival, too! 🎥

🏆 A special shoutout to senior Josias Ortiz, who took home the Best Film & Best Actor Award at the Count Basie Center Breakthrough Filmmaker Fest, the Home Grown Drama Award for his film “Our Dienasty” at the Garden State Film Festival, and finally the Jury Award at the Kent Place Film Festival. Congrats, Josias! We’re so proud of all these filmmakers making their mark on the screens across New Jersey!
