To know you, was to know love and laughter. We are the lucky ones, we got to watch you grow in those early years, I feel so blessed to have watched you grow with not only your friends but your cousins. Our sweet and sassy Evie may you rest in the sweetest peace. This post would be amazing if it were filled with memories of Evie. Please share if you or your children have one.

This years art show was a success!! We love this time of year, we love this event! This year my 9 year old, our schools name sake Charlotte asked me why do we hold this art show? We hold this art show for so many reasons such as promoting art, involving parents, showcasing the classrooms and the teachers, but perhaps the number one reason being giving the children a chance to feel special! I told her it gives the children the opportunity to work on something as an individual as well as a class. They create all of the work on their own building their skills, accomplishing individual goals, and then get to give an explanation. They then get to experience the feeling of pride as they show it off! Kudos to all of the children this year on a wonderful art show!

Please join me today by taking a moment to remember all who were affected by the terrible tragedy on 9/11. Also if you have a moment to go and visit the 9/11 memorial next to the east Bridgewater police station. There is a piece of the World Trade Center there honoring Craig Miller an east Bridgewater native and my cousin who lost his life rescuing people on that day. It also honors all of the first responders who effortlessly saved all they could. It is a beautiful tribute.
