🌙📚 Bringing Kentucky stories to life! 📚🌙

Today, our 5th graders had the amazing opportunity to meet Kentucky author Kim Michele Richardson (virtually) and hear her share My Kentucky Moonlight School. What an unforgettable experience for our students!

We love creating authentic learning experiences that connect literacy, Kentucky history, and the power of a great story. 💚🐸📖

For parents of Kindergarteners and 1st graders :

This week in library class, K-1 students are learning how to be responsible with library books. They are bringing home these "Practice Library Books." Their goal is to keep up with these all week until their next library day, when they can swap them out for real library books. We appreciate your helping our Bullfrogs keep up with their books!

Parents and Guardians, please be advised that due to unexpected route changes, several of our bus routes will be doubled up this afternoon.

Here is what you need to know:

⏱️ Expect Delays: Students riding the bus home this afternoon will experience delayed drop-off times.

🚗 Self-Pick-Up Recommended: If you are able to pick your child up directly from school today instead of having them ride the bus, we strongly encourage you to do so to avoid delays.
