When was the last time you went through your supplements? 🤔

Bodies change.
Our supplement needs change.

Hopefully, as we work on healing our bodies and getting better nutrition through our food, we can DECREASE the number of supplements we’re taking.

Today I had a session with a holistic practitioner who been very helpful for me in the past. He had looked at my bloodwork which indicated he should do a heart sound scan. It was super interesting. The patterns he saw indicate a mineral deficiency in my heart tissue. My hypothalamus is involved. The adrenal glands are impacted - all of this can cause histamine issues.
He tested for pathogens - I’m clear. 🎉
So, it looks like if we address the hypothalamus and mineral deficiency, I should see progress with the histamine issues. 🙏

He also tested to see if I needed all of my current supplements. The good news: about two thirds are not needed right now. He did add in three new ones. One of those is a better formulation of one I had been taking.

Different practitioners work differently.
When we are working through a healing journey, sometimes we need to try different approaches.
What we found today makes sense to me with the research I’ve been doing and what I’ve noted with my body’s reactivity.

If you’re dealing with health issues, keep pushing and doing your research until you find an answer that works for your body.
Be open to trying different modalities.
Don’t take “this is how it is” for an answer.
You deserve a body that feels and operates as well as possible. ♥️
