During this experience, Amy will lead you in an exercise to identify any blocks, limiting thoughts, or beliefs that you are ready to release, or help you identify a goal that you would like to empower. A Reiki meditation will follow, called the Holy Fire Healing Experience, which will help you fully relax, receive the Reiki energy, and release what you are ready to let go of.

After the meditation, you’ll have time for quiet journaling to reflect and integrate your experience.

Holy Fire® Reiki works with higher-frequency healing energy, offering a more expansive and profound experience than a traditional Reiki session. If you’ve been curious about Reiki, this is a beautiful way to experience its benefits in a supportive group setting.
