Our Production Student of the Month for July is Julian!

Our directors say “Julian has been a wonderful addition to WPAS. He is always kind, considerate of others, always working to the best of his abilities. He is always making others laugh and makes sure everyone is included! We are so excited to see Julian in future productions! “

Julian Augustynek is a 13-year-old 8th grader at Transit Middle School and a proud student of Williamsville Performing Arts Studio. A tenor and pianist, Julian has taken on a range of leading roles, including Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof and Gomez in The Addams Family at WPAS, Mal in The Addams Family at Transit Middle School, Danny Maguire in Xanadu, King Arthur in The Sword in the Stone, Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages, and the Beast in Beauty and the Beast. In May 2026, he earned his New York State Certified Child Performer credential.

What Julian loves most about theater is the people. He treasures the friendships he's built with his castmates, the encouragement of directors and teachers who push him to grow, and the shared thrill of opening night after weeks of rehearsals. Whether he's stepping into a larger-than-life character or blending into an ensemble number, Julian says the best part is being surrounded by a creative community that feels like family. Known for his quick script memorization, ensemble spirit, and comfort with dialects, Julian brings dedication and heart to every performance

Another wonderful weekend of productions in the books!
