There’s no better way to kick off the school year than by putting mental health at the heart of our student-athletes’ success! 💚

We were excited to welcome Mrs Salah and her friend Ivy 🐶into the classroom this afternoon, connecting with our student-athletes and talking about the importance of mental well-being.

Together, we explored emotions, healthy coping skills, resilience, mindfulness, positive self-talk, accountability, and the importance of daily check-ins.

We also discussed how mental health can impact anxiety, sleep, and stress - and how developing healthy habits and being intentional about our well-being can help us navigate the challenges that come with being both a student and an athlete.

This meaningful conversation marks the kickoff to our weekly Impact Days (Impact on Self), creating intentional opportunities for our student-athletes to grow not only as athletes, but as strong, resilient individuals who understand the importance of taking care of their mental health.

What a way to start the school year! 🙌

Did you know this about Elite Hockey School?!

1. We do offer a training only package for players that are home schooled and don’t want to change that part of their day. They come for on ice and off ice training, then head home for schooling. Our prices to pro rate for this option.

2. We have players that leave for juniors and AAA out of state that still do schooling through us. The pro of doing this, you get full support of our staff even while playing away.

3. We are 5th-12th grade, men and women. We have all levels within our two locations. It is our job to make you better hockey players on and off the ice.

4. Our tuition does vary at each location. $8000 at our East Alton location and $10,750 for our St.Peters location. No hidden costs, no starting between $17,500 and $24,000 and everyone pays the same price.
