FIRST Lego League Thunderbolts Team

Today is bittersweet. Today we were supposed to be in Myrtle Beach at the 1st Carolinas Open Invitational. Today we would be meeting lots of other fabulous FLL teams from around the world, but here we are. There are so many uncertainties right now in our world but one thing is for certain- I am beyond proud of these 5 kids! They had a phenomenal season. They put their heart and soul into this season. The knowledge they gained about robotics, programming, electricity, working together as a team, sharing their ❤️ of FLL with so many people, facing adversity and so much more is an education hard to find in any other extracurricular activity.

A HUGE thank you to our sponsors, mentors, family and friends, FIRST volunteers, fellow FLL teams and community leaders! You all helped make our season a memorable one!

We are gearing up for next season! It’s going to be a Game Changer!!!

Thank you to all of the parents and siblings that came out to help. Inky’s donated a portion of their proceeds & all tips for the evening to our team!!! We earned $502 and had so much fun sharing FIRST Lego League with everyone!

We had fun hanging out with our narly Narwhal friends this weekend! We shared our presentations, gave feedback but mostly had fun!!!
