Archery Nationals 2026!

The archers who shot for nationals are Emma Ramey, Coby Wood, Danica Brown, Wyatt Eib, Julianna Lella, William Sitzlar, Rayden Paielli, and Connor McBryde.

These archers have put in plenty of serious work and practice for this competition. Shooting with so many great JROTC teams is an honor.

These students traveled to Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, which was a 13 hour drive.

Congrats to Coach Casey Wood for winning a coach raffle and receiving binoculars.

Congratulations to Cadet Coby Wood for placing 5th for overall individual on bullseye!

Cadets from 1st and 2nd block JROTC went to support the special olympics held at SWU!! This was a great time for everyone and thank you for having us in the parade!

On Thursday, April 2nd, our cadets went on a field trip to ProjectROCK in Easley! Thank you ProjectROCK for having us. Everyone had so much fun!

On February 23, 24, and 25 our cadets visited a few elementary schools and read to the precious kids. We always look forward to the sweet smiles and curiosity!

We thank all of the teachers that signed up for their class to be read to.

We can't wait for the next time we read to the elementary schoolers!

On February 27th, the top 8 out of the archery team competed at a brigade (best of the best) competition!
The team placed 2nd🥈 in 3d, and 3rd🥉 in bullseye!! Great job guys!
Wyatt Eib placed 7th in 3d.
Emma Ramey placed 7th in bullseye.
Both archers received an individual medal for their great rankings! 👏👏

Last Saturday our archery team went to a state qualifier competition!
We can happily say that our archery team qualified for state.🎉
Every single one of these archers have been practicing hard and did great at the competition.
These archers are going to continue to be busy with many more competitions coming up!

Our rifle team went to nationals on the 4-7th and did excellent!
Kenna Jordan placed 3rd! 🥉
Kaitlynn Burrell placed 5th!
'A' team placed 1st at Anniston!!🥇
'A' team is also placed at second in the nation for Army!🥈

Last Monday, we performed a formal change of command. The old staff were relieved of their positions and transferred their authority over to the new staff. Congratulations new staff! We are excited to see everything you will do for the battalion.

We hosted an archery state qualifier competition! This went great, and shoutout to all the schools that came to compete!
Special thanks to all the school staff, custodians, parents, and coaches that helped make this happen and go smoothly!
