Today was National School Nurses Day so we treated our two nurses with containers of soap, hand sanitizer, lotion, lip balm and gum! We appreciate all you do!

Remember our fundraiser is tomorrow night at Rita’s! Come between 4:00 and 8:00 and every purchase has a percentage go to Gettys PTO! Don’t forget to come by and see Mr. Owen scooping away! 🍧😁

Join us for Gettys Middle Spirit Night at Shuckin Shack of Easley this Thursday, April 30th! Dine between 3:00-9:00 pm and mention you are from Gettys and our PTO will get a percentage of the sales! We hope to see you there! 🍤🦀

We wrapped up our 80’s/90’s Teacher Appreciation Week with a delicious lunch from Amici’s, complete with pasta, salad and Pac-Man shaped cookies. The staff also received gift bags with Gettys USB fans and coupons for local places. We hope the staff had just as much fun as we did!

Day 4 of our 80's/90's Teacher Appreciation Week was “Ice, Ice Baby” with Kona Ice on campus! The staff received a free Kona Ice and a throwback candy bag in their boxes! 🍧
We will wrap up the week tomorrow with a “ Totally Rad Lunch”!

Day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week was “Oh Snap, a Popcorn Bar!” The staff enjoyed lots of different kinds of popcorn and numerous toppings in their own personal plastic popcorn bucket! We hope they enjoyed it just as much as we did!🍿

Day 2 of our 80’s and 90’s Teacher Appreciation Week, we celebrated with “You’re all that and a bag of chips!” The staff made their own adult Lunchables complete with Capri Sun to drink! We hope the staff felt appreciated with their throwback lunch! 🍱

Day 1 of Gettys Teacher Appreciation where we Pumped Up the Jam with our childhood breakfast favorites, Poptarts, Eggo waffles and bagels! Sunny D and Capri Sun as well as coffee were onsite to round out the meal! The staff enjoyed a fun morning! 🧇🥯
