Today, we proudly recognize one of our own, Deputy Conner O'Shields, a graduate of Dacusville Middle School class of 2013, for an extraordinary act of courage and service.
As a police officer, Deputy O'Shields recently demonstrated remarkable bravery and quick thinking during a life-saving incident. In a moment when every second mattered, he stepped forward with professionalism, compassion, and determination, making the "Dacusville Difference" that will never be forgotten.
While we are proud of Deputy O'Shields accomplishments in law enforcement, we are equally proud to see the character, leadership, and commitment to others that began taking shape during those middle school years. He serves as a shining example to our current students of what it means to lead, serve, and make a positive impact on the world.
Please join us in congratulating Deputy O'Shields and thanking him for the incredible work being done in the upstate. We are honored to call him a Dacusville Middle School alumnus!

๐ We are excited to let our Gold Waves know about the ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐ฎ located on the corner between Dacusville Elementary and DMS (at the Stop Sign if youโre coming from the DES bus loop).
๐ฝ๐ค๐ฉ๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ก๐จ have ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ with ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ก ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐ฎ to provide extra food for our students and families when they are in need.
We are so thankful for this partnership and know it will be a blessing to many in our community ๐๐
