☀️ School Starts Tomorrow! ☀️

We are excited to welcome our students back to Hunt Meadows Elementary!

Important Reminders:

🕢 Doors Open: 7:20 a.m.

🚪 Parents Are Welcome
Please park and enter through the Gym doors.
Parents are welcome to walk their child to their classroom on Thursday morning.
Beginning Friday, students will walk to their classrooms independently.

📬 Kindergarten Staggered Start:
Families participating in Kindergarten Staggered Start should follow the directions provided in the newsletter they received.

🚗 Car Rider Information:
Grades 1–2: Drop-off and pick-up are in the Big Car Circle.
Grades 3–5: Drop-off and pick-up are in the Little Car Circle.

🔔 Dismissal Begins: 2:15 p.m.

🍽️ Lunch Visitors:
Please wait a few weeks before coming to eat lunch with your child. This allows teachers time to establish expectations and practice routines with students. We will let families know when parents may begin joining students for lunch.

Be sure to bring $3 to Meet the Teacher and let your student pick out a Backpack Buddy or a “Dude, Have a Perfect School Year!” keychain!

They’re the perfect little accessory to make backpacks extra special, and we can’t wait to see them all around Hunt Meadows Elementary School this year.

We’ll also have an online payment option available, but if you’re able to bring cash, it will help us keep the line moving quickly for everyone.

You'll be able to pay fees, drop off school supplies, join PTO, get a car tag, and more! We'll have Choc's BBQ and Kona Ice food trucks!

Last names A-M are asked to come between 4:00-5:00
Last names N-Z are asked to come between 5:00-6:00

Remember that this is primarily for 1st-5th grades. PreK and Kindergarten classes have Meet the Teacher scheduled for a different date and time that has been communicated to families.
