Mindfulness Art Activity • Elisa and I are listening now to children’s songs about different spiritual qualities and virtues and Elisa has to think of the spiritual quality and its application in her life. Here Elisa is listening to a song on Trustworthiness ‏ and is drawing a computer screen through which she watches her cartoons and said that it is trustworthiness when she promises her Mom and Dad to watch one more clip and she turns it off on time even if she was tempted to watch another one and her parents were not around!
