K - 12 New Student Registration: Families enrolling a student who is new to the district can now access and complete the online registration through the district website or scan the QR code on the flyer.

Please complete the registration as soon as possible and upload all required documents to ensure your child is ready for the first day of school. If you need assistance with the online registration process, please contact your child's school or drop-in during one of the scheduled help sessions.

We are excited to welcome our students and families back for the new school year! Join us for Open House on Friday, August 7, 2026, to meet your child's teachers, explore the campus, and get ready for a successful school year.

In accordance with State and Federal guidelines, all special education records are to be maintained for six years after the student exits the special education program; this includes dismissal from special education services, graduation, ineligibility, or if records are no longer required or needed in making educational determinations. Students, former students, or legal guardians of a student who was dismissed, has graduated, has exited from the program, or was found to be ineligible for special education services during the school year 2019-2020 you have the right to request records before they are destroyed.

Requests for records may be made from July 20, 2026 through August 31, 2026 by calling 870-792-8488 or emailing [email protected]. A valid state-issued id is required.

**These records are not permanent school records.

Dekayla Anthony is thrilled to be joining Earle Elementary as a 1st Grade Teacher. A proud graduate of Earle High School and an alumna of the University of Central Arkansas, she is excited to return home and serve the community that helped shape her.

With a heart for helping others, Dekayla is passionate about giving back by supporting young learners as they grow and succeed. She looks forward to creating a classroom filled with learning, creativity, and fun while helping students develop both academically and personally.

Kenya Leaks is an experienced and passionate educator, with 28+ years of dedication to fostering academic excellence and empowering both students and teachers. A native of Cotton Plant, Arkansas, Kenya is a proud graduate of Arkansas State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. She further advanced her expertise with an Educational Leadership Endorsement from Western Governors University.
Kenya Leaks has served as a teacher, instructional facilitator, principal, mentor, and coach. Her career has been marked by a passion for shaping the future of education and supporting both students and educators in achieving their highest potential. Kenya is also committed to professional development, having presented numerous workshops on topics such as Differentiated Instruction, Student-Centered Learning, and Response to Intervention. She has also led staff development initiatives focused on Professional Learning Communities, Purposeful Planning, Unpacking Essential Standards, and creating Highly Engaged Classrooms.
As the Founder and CEO of Leaks Consulting Services, Kenya dedicates her efforts to coaching and mentoring novice teachers, equipping them with effective strategies and practices to become skilled and influential educators. Additionally, she is the Founder and CEO of “Move Me” Tutoring, a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting both students and parents in their academic endeavors.
Kenya’s passion for education is driven by her desire to empower teachers to better serve students, support students in applying their knowledge for success, and guide parents in encouraging their children’s academic growth. Above all, Kenya is inspired by her twin daughters, Keran’Nie and Karrington, who motivate her every day to continue her work in education and make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners and educators alike.
