We made it! Summer break is almost here!

On behalf of the Arcola Home & School Board, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for an incredible school year. We are so grateful for your support, enthusiasm, and partnership in helping make this year such a success.

As we look back, our highlight reel is filled with wonderful memories—from the excitement and joy of the Color Battle, to the dancing, laughing and fun of the Winter and 8th Grade Socials, and the many opportunities we had to support, celebrate, and recognize our students, teachers, and staff throughout the year.

None of this would have been possible without our amazing Arcola community. Whether you volunteered your time, donated resources, or shared ideas - THANK YOU. Your involvement and generosity help create the vibrant school experience that makes Arcola so special.

Konstella Admin Note: You have officially graduated from Konstella, too! Your student will be removed from the Arcola Konstella account over the summer. If you have another student at Arcola, go to Settings → Your Children and make your school/team selections for that student in August.

To our 7th Grade Families:

We are looking forward to another great year together and all the fun that comes with being the 8th-grade class! Your support—through volunteering, planning, and funding—makes our events and programs possible, and we are incredibly thankful for all you do.

🏃 Field Day Volunteer Sign-Up 🏃
Field Day is happening on Wednesday, June 10th, and we need your help to make it a success! We’ve split the day into two shifts to keep things manageable. Please select the time slot that works best for your schedule. NOTE: BOTH GRADES ARE INVOLVED IN ACTIVITIES AT THE SAME TIME, SO THERE IS NO MORNING/AFTERNOON SPLIT PER GRADE LEVEL.

Available Shifts
Shift Time Role Description
Morning Shift 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM Station set-up, morning games, and water breaks.
Afternoon Shift 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM Mid-day games, event wrap-up, and clean-up.


How to Sign Up
Choose your slot: Pick either the Morning or Afternoon shift (or both if you're feeling ambitious!).

Commit: Ensure you arrive 10 minutes early for a quick briefing on your assigned station.

Note: Slots are first-come, first-served! 7th and 8th Grade are out at both times.

ARCOLA FAMILIES: We need your help to keep our Home & School alive!

Right now, we are at a crossroads. We have a dedicated Treasurer and Secretary ready to go, but we are missing a President and Vice President. Here is the bottom line: Without a President, there is no Home & School Association for Arcola next year.

What does this mean for our students?

The 7th Grade Funds: All the hard work you put into fundraising this year? If we don't have a board, those funds will sit untouched. They can’t be used for your students' 8th-grade year celebrations or activities.

Incoming 7th Graders: There will be no budget or support for the transition and events for our new students.

We aren’t looking for superheroes—just two (or four!) parents willing to step up. We highly encourage Co-Presidents and Co-VPs to share the load! Don't let our students miss out.
