Every child here should feel seen, capable, loved, safe, and celebrated. Not on their good days. On the hard ones too, the ones with tears at drop-off and when everything feels like it’s too much.

Deb’s fired up, not fired. And honestly she’s the reason a lot of you chose us. She walks every tour herself and she knows which kid needs an extra minute at drop-off.

We’d be lost without her. She knows that and it’s why we can get away with this.

Honestly though, when your little one flat out refuses to go home, we take it as the highest compliment. Every day here is built around play, mess, naps and stories, and pickup-time protests are just part of the job. 💛

He didn't look back.

You'd braced yourself for the crying. You'd rehearsed what you were going to say. And then she spotted the play table and was gone before you got the words out.

Which is somehow worse. You wanted him to be fine. You just didn't expect him to be fine that fast.

Here's what it actually means: children only run toward a room when they already know what's waiting in it. He feels safe here. The not-looking-back is the proof, not the loss.

Every parent has stood in that doorway feeling both things at once 💛
