FOODsmith is a full service personal chef and private event company. We create and execute custom meals and gatherings, both intimate and lavish while paying attention to the details that create truly memorable experiences. We understand how hard it can be to fit healthy, hand crafted meals into a hectic day, especially when you are on vacation or entertaining friends and family. Our personal chef services allow you to spend quality time with the people you care about while dining in your own home. With over 50 years combined experience working in acclaimed restaurants in Chicago, New Orleans, Nantucket, Napa Valley and Europe, as well as Larkspur Restaurant, the Lodge at Vail, and Avondale here in the Vail Valley you can feel confident that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. FOODsmith Prep is our "little sister" business where we will offer both cooking classes as well as prepared take home meals on Broadway in Eagle - keep watching for us to open our doors - aiming for July 2024!

Congratulations to this week's ice cream flavor of the week winner, Aden Lewandowski! We all think that the Keylime pie ice cream is unbelievably good, a great suggestion! Now available at FOODsmith Prep! I would've taken a picture of a scoop of it except that I can't because our family already ate an entire quart! Sorry, I forgot to announce it yesterday!
