services allow you to spend quality time with the people you care about while dining in your own home. With over 50 years combined experience working in acclaimed restaurants in Chicago, New Orleans, Nantucket, Napa Valley and Europe, as well as Larkspur Restaurant, the Lodge at Vail, and Avondale here in the Vail Valley you can feel confident that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. FOODsmith Prep is our "little sister" business where we will offer both cooking classes as well as prepared take home meals on Broadway in Eagle - keep watching for us to open our doors - aiming for July 2024!

What's on the menu? Well, first - an awesome opportunity to hang out with other wild mushroom enthusiasts in our community AND appetizers and snacks that include lots of mushrooms - of course!
