REMINDER, this Saturday (April 25th) is World Tai Chi Day! Come on out to our Celebration at Star Blake Haven Park in Star, Idaho (rain or shine). Gathering begins at 9:30 am with an all-are-welcome performance of the 24 Form at 10:00, followed by additional demonstrations and a pot luck brunch (kindly bring a small dish if you plan to stay for the pot luck). This is a FREE event, so grab your family, friends, and a couple of lawn chairs and enjoy some Tai Chi! Blake Haven Star City Park is located at 11225 West Blake Drive in Star, Idaho. Most taijiquan teachers sincerely try to help their students, and most students genuinely try to learn. Yet progress does not unfold at the same pace for everyone. Some people seem to grasp a principle quickly, while others struggle for months before experiencing the same understanding. This uneven progress can be puzzling, especially for beginners who expect steady improvement with regular practice.
In reality, learning taijiquan is rarely linear. It tends to occur in stages, often marked by long periods of slow development followed by sudden moments of clarity.
