Whether you’re a returning member or stepping onto the field for the first time, this is where friendships grow, confidence builds, and the season begins. Every rehearsal matters, every rep makes a difference, and every person has a role in what we’ll accomplish together.

Please join us in welcoming Colby Turpen to Eagle Middle School as their new director of instrumental music!

Colby Turpen earned degrees in Music Education and Jazz Performance from the University of Wyoming. As a saxophonist, he has performed across the United States, including in New York City at the prestigious Jack Rudin Jazz Championship, where he played lead alto and helped his ensemble earn the Outstanding Saxophone Section Award. His performance experience also includes international travel to France and Italy.

With a strong background in jazz and instrumental music, Mr. Turpen is passionate about developing young musicians and building engaging band programs. Mr. Turpen is excited to continue teaching and contributing to music education in the Treasure Valley.

While many of us are enjoying summer vacation and spending time with friends and family, the Eagle High School maintenance staff and custodians are hard at work keeping our campus clean, safe, and running smoothly.

We are incredibly grateful for everything our custodians and maintenance team do behind the scenes, especially during the summer months. We always feel so well taken care of at Eagle High. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!

Huge congratulations to all of our students who auditioned! The amount of preparation, courage, leadership, and effort that went into this year’s auditions was incredible, and we are so proud of every single student who stepped up and gave it their best!
