For the last day of school tomorrow, Gruening's Anchored4Life Club is getting us summer-ready! 🍦

If your student would like to buy a cold treat during the Outdoor Activity part of tomorrow, make sure they bring some cash with them!

Our final three ⭐ Students of the Week ⭐ for this school year are Yeidiliz Gallagher, Hunter Brooks, and Paxson Burningham!

Ms. Anania says, “Yeidiliz is a super hardworking and determined student who is an amazing friend and bright and bubbly too!”

Ms. Barringer says, “Hunter is a great student! He also is friendly and kind. He has an outgoing personality that makes everyone around him feel comfortable.”

The Front Office Staff says, “We have loved having Paxson as our 6th period Office Aide! He is always ready to help with whatever is needed, is always smiling, and is always making us laugh. Thank you for all that you do for us, Paxson!”

Way to go Yeidiliz, Hunter, and Paxson!

Didn't get a chance to purchase a yearbook? There's still time!

Starting today, your student can bring $35 (exact cash only!) to the MPR to purchase a yearbook. After the morning bell, students can go to Mrs. Mary's office during the day to purchase a yearbook.

Few Details:
- This is on a first come, first served basis.
- Students will be able to purchase yearbooks through Wednesday morning or until all yearbooks have been purchased.
- Once we are out of yearbooks, we're out!

*All yearbooks, including the ones that are purchased Monday-Wednesday, will be distributed on Thursday, May 21st.*

This week’s ⭐ Students of the Week ⭐ are Elyn Spencer (Not Pictured), Kyra Kimball, and Serenity Moses!

Ms. Anania says, “Elyn always has a bright and bubbly demeanor and walks around as a friendly ray of contagious sunshine!”

Mrs. Finkler says, “Kyra is a hard working student who is always kind to her peers. She is creative, artistic and teaching herself Japanese.”

The Front Office Ladies say, “We have loved having Serenity as one of our 4th period Office Aides! She is always happy to help and the lunch rush is a little easier to manage because we have her around. Thank you for all that you do, Serenity!”

This week’s ⭐ Students of the Week ⭐ are Scarlet Seebold, Rose Goebel, and Sloan Pletzer!

Ms. Anania says, “Thank you, Scarlet, for being the most amazing peer mentor and friend by helping friends come in during lunch to make up work!”

Mrs. Brown says, “Rose stayed late after class to give me some pointers on how her math teacher, Ms. Patton, had taught the class before her maternity leave.”

Mrs. Gal says, “Sloan is a is a great student, helper, and friend. He comes to class with a smile on his face, is always ready to learn, and is excited about math! (Especially when he gets to use 6-7!) Thanks for bringing humor and laughter to all of us, Sloan. You make the day better!”

This week’s ⭐ Students of the Week ⭐ are Nicholas Simendich, Emmanuel Tillman, and Paxson Yelverton!

Mrs. Anteau says, “Nick has turned in to a strong leader in the Language Arts classroom. He is studious, pays attention to detail, and often jumps in to help around the classroom. Thank you for your hard work!”

Mrs. Bondarenko says, “Emmanuel's smile and positivity are contagious! He has a big heart, always kind and helpful to everyone: holding a door, helping out, sharing materials or giving an encouraging word! Emmanuel never gives up! If he fails, he gets up and tries even harder to succeed!!!”

Mrs. Chris says, “Paxson has shown outstanding effort, kindness, and a positive attitude in everything he does.”

Way to go, Nicholas, Emmanuel, and Paxson!

This week’s ⭐ Students of the Week ⭐ are Matthew Morrissett (Not Pictured), Camille Finch, and Ely Mitzel!

Mrs. Cook says, “Matthew is a great classmate and peer. He is kind, caring, and helpful.“

Mr. Kirr says, “I can always count on Camille to do what is right. Keep up the great work and effort, Camille.”

Mrs. Liz says, “Ely is one of the many student aides who has stepped up when the office has needed help running passes. He is a quick thinker, and is very reliable while jumping into something new. Thanks for all your help, Ely!”
