On Friday we celebrated five students that have been selected to receive a full‑ride scholarship to AWI! They will attend an intensive six‑week program at our campus in Eagle River, WI starting in June, where they will sharpen their welding skills while completing a United Alloy specific curriculum. Upon successful completion of the program, each student will join United Alloy to begin their welding career - an incredible opportunity for students just graduating from high school. Welcome and Congrats to the following students:

Madex Norman – Parker High School, Janesville, WI
Olivia Boviall – Big Foot High School, Walworth, WI
Jadon Upham – Parker High School, Janesville, WI
Colin Mortimer – Craig High School, Janesville, WI

🔧 The 2026 United Alloy Weld Scholarship 🔧
This scholarship is designed for high school seniors in Janesville, WI and surrounding areas (Rock, Walworth, Dane, Lafayette, Green, Winnebago, Boone and Jefferson Counties). Selected students will receive:
✅ $10,000 scholarship for a six-week, all-expenses-paid welding program at Advanced Welding Institute during the summer of 2026
✅ Covers tuition, tools, textbooks and housing
✅ $18/hour earned during training
✅ Full-time employment opportunity at United Alloy upon successful completion of training
