I'm pleased to announce that Tara Lila will be opening the first certified Forest Bathing Trail in Wisconsin! We will be meeting at the Currie Shelter (4650 Section 9 Road, Eagle River, WI, 54521) on Sunday, July 26th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to dedicate the trail and celebrate the installation of this unique trail infrastructure. This 0.25-mile trail along the Three Eagle Trail will be available year-round for free self-improvement through direct experience with nature.

There will be light snacks and local teas from our area, and the trail presentation will start at 1:30 pm, with an opportunity to walk the self-guided trail afterwards. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other people in the area who are committed to improving pedestrian trails in the Northwoods.

Join us on April 25, 2026, for our first BioBlitz at our Ripco Road location. Trees For Tomorrow will be leading three sessions throughout the day to help us learn what flora and fauna are in our beautiful Northwoods.
A BioBlitz is a collaborative effort where scientists and citizen scientists work together to identify and document as many species as possible within a specific area during a set period of time. During this event, participants will help collect data along a designated trail on the Tara Lila property, creating a snapshot of the species present in late April. Over time, this data can be compared with future BioBlitz events to observe changes in phenology and species composition. Click the link below to register: treesfortomorrow.com/current-activities
