AK Family Taekwondo is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable, and community driven individuals to join our team at both our Wasilla and Eagle River locations!

👊 Part-Time Driver Positions�We’re looking for responsible adults to help transport students to and from school, as well as support summer field trips.
School Year Hours: 2–4 PM (with optional rotating mornings 7–9 AM)
Summer Hours: 12–3 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hour�If you enjoy driving, working with kids, and being part of a positive team environment, this is a great fit!

🎯 Full or Part-Time Youth Program Staff�These team members are the heart of our program outside the mats! Responsibilities include:
Leading homework time
Organizing crafts & activities
Supervising movie time
Assisting with field trips and summer camp fun
Creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment
Hours:
School Year: 2–7 PM
Summer Camp: Flexible schedules between 7 AM – 7 PM

*NOTE: Driver and Youth Program Staff positions can be combined if desired!

At AK Family Taekwondo, we're more than a martial arts school, we're a cornerstone of our Alaska community, founded in 2019 by Master Lee to build stronger families and brighter futures. Our before-school, after-school, and summer camp programs provide safe, fun, and enriching experiences that help working families balance long hours with quality family time. Rooted in the five tenets of Taekwondo-Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. We foster confidence, focus, discipline, and positive social skills in kids of all ages. Whether it's high-energy Taekwondo classes, character-building field trips, or anti-bullying workshops, we're dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every child thrives.

We're excited to expand our team and are now hiring reliable Part-Time Drivers to keep our students safe and on schedule! As a key member of our transportation crew, you'll play a vital role in supporting local families by ensuring smooth drop-offs and pick-ups across multiple schools in the Eagle River and Wasilla areas.

What You'll Do:

Drive our vans to transport students to and from school (1-2 hours in the morning for drop-offs, 2-3 hours in the afternoon for pick-ups).
Handle daily routes serving several nearby schools, promoting a positive start and end to each child's day.
Collaborate with our team to ensure timely, safe travel, think of it as being the friendly face that kicks off their Taekwondo adventure!

Who We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with kids and can build genuine connections with students, school staff, and fellow team members.
Strong communicators and team players who thrive in a fast paced, community driven setting.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no prior criminal convictions (background check required, we prioritize safety above all).
Ages 21+ preferred for driving roles; passion for kids and our mission is a must!
