Are you looking for beginning piano lessons for your 3rd-6th grader? Are you hoping for your child to participate in orchestra or band in middle school and beyond? Does your child love to sing? PRESTO is the place to begin! In PRESTO, we develop the complete musician in your child so that they are prepared for a life filled with music. The deadline to register for fall classes is August 10th, so contact me today at [email protected]! Classes start the last week of August and continue through April. Registration is $40. It's Spirit Month for Let's Play Music and Spirit Weeks for our Studio!

Here's how to enter the national Let's Play Music contest:

March is national Music in Our Schools Month (MIOSM) and music educators nationwide are talking about the benefits of music education! WE ARE TOO! We want you to use their hashtags and (along with ) to tag your social media posts.

Prizes: (2 winners for each prize)
-Fall Materials Reimbursement (1 student)
-Fall Tuition Credit (1 Month, 1 student)

How to Enter:
1. Post a photo or video (not a story) on Facebook and/or Instagram of your child in class, practicing at home, OR use the provided graphic below. *Each post counts as an entry!

4. Be currently enrolled (or enrolled for fall)
5. Have a public profile during the whole month of March (so we can see your entry!)

Here's how to enter my Postma Group LLC studio contest, March 11-25:

Next week is the last week to register before materials ship for the next semester! I have 3 spots left in Sound Beginnings and 2 spots left in Presto! Registration fees are waived, and you can still get one month free tuition. Contact me to come to a sample class or for registration details!

Sound Beginnings sample class, ages 0-4 and a parent: Wednesday, 1/14 at 10:15 a.m.

Presto sample class, ages 7-12 (parent comes to the sample class): Wednesday, 1/14 at 5:30 p.m.

Sound Beginnings is for children ages 0-4 and a parent and will be held weekly from February to May.

Are you looking for music lessons for your pre-teen? Presto is a beginning music class for children ages 7-12. We study sight-singing, ear-training, rhythm, beat, singing in tune, relative pitch, solfege, piano technique, music history, theory, and composition in small classes with 3-5 students. We use fun songs, games, and activities, as well as time at the piano to help us grow! This class builds a strong foundation for future music study at the piano or with any other instrument, including the voice. Looking for a joyful, enriching, weekly date with your toddler? Sound Beginnings is for ages 0-4 and a parent. Classes are once a week for 30-45 minutes. Tuition is $200 ($50 a month) for a 15 week semester. The registration fee is $15. We learn music rhythm, beat, classical form, theory, and singing, as well as practicing fine and gross motor skills and pre-K activities, and we do it all through play! This is a wonderfully bonding music class that will build a strong foundation for future music study and appreciation in your little one. We are registering for next semester now!
