Oh how I’ve missed you. When I look at your picture, I see wonder… pure magic. I see sparkling eyes full of adventure, curiosity, and mischief. Your sweet red curls framing your face like the princess you always were — not knowing yet that you were simply preparing to become a queen.

Those dimples that drew attention everywhere you went were never just dimples… they were beacons of light, little portals of joy you shared with the world without even trying.

Today as I pulled my Quantum LIGHT Sun cards, I pulled nine energy healing frequencies.

One card in particular stood out. I am enough.

The definition on the card I am enough to vibration of consciousness in terms of value to ourselves the recognition of our ourselves as a remarkable and light being just as I am.

What came to mind –
I do not need to fit into a mold. I am not a cookie cutter, healer, mentor, teacher, mom, wife, sister, or friend.
I’m uniquely me.
I am flawed, I am woo, I am a ball of sunshine, and a sparkle of light.
I am wonder, I am Auh , I am happy, I am sad.
I am bright like the moon in its darkest hours.
I am love, I am passion, I am grounded.
I am anchored into mother Earth, I exist in the cosmos, I am the universe.
I am the storm, I am the calm, I am the knowledge where truth is born.
Wisdom awakens with every breath, healing is within me.
I am intuitive, I am brave, I am wild and refused to be tamed.
I am thunder, I am lightning, I soar to new heights.
The way I teach, the way I learn, the way I LOVE, doesn’t belong in a mold.
It belongs to be free – ever unfolding.

Today the LIGHT didn’t teach me anything…
it reminded me.

It reminded me that alignment is not something I chase,
it’s something that I remember.

In meditation this morning,
the Sun codes were pressed gently into my heart space
and I felt the tiniest release —
a deep exhale ( a sigh) I didn’t know that I had been holding.

This work…
it’s not something I “do.”
It’s something that moves through me,
flowing with truth,
dissolving the resistance,
calling me back to the I AM
