We regret to inform you that this year’s annual BEAR CRAWL has been cancelled. This was not a decision we made lightly, as we truly enjoy celebrating with all of our students during this fun end-of-year carnival. However, after careful consideration, we realized that not all of our Black Ridge Bears could participate.
In light of this, we wanted to find a way to ensure that ALL of our students could benefit from the fun and excitement—without any additional costs after your generous support of our fundraising efforts. (Please see flyer that was sent home yesterday and post) As a result, we have decided to cancel the BEAR CRAWL and instead partner with the school and administration to enhance this year’s FIELD DAY.
Our specialty teachers have already planned many exciting activities, and we are thrilled to contribute to making the day even more special. We believe this collaboration will be a wonderful opportunity to support and celebrate ALL of our students, and that’s exactly what we’re striving for: benefiting all our Black Ridge Bears.
While we have loved the tradition of the BEAR CRAWL, we feel that this year is the right time for a change. We can’t wait to see all of our Bears at FIELD DAY, and we hope you’re just as excited as we are for this new experience!
