Phyllis Chapman, a museum educator and historic interpreter for over 15 years, brings interpretive programs about notable American women to civic groups, residential communities, libraries, museums and historical societies. Presenting as the historic character, she is in historically correct period dress, and speaks in the first person. Her presentations are a combination of storytelling, audio-visual media, artifacts and reproductions, and audience participation. In addition, Vintage Visitors Presentations offers a program of historic fashion shows, displaying reproductions of womens' fashions from the late 1700s to the 1920s for fundraising events.
