The MN 2023 Legislative section passed 2 gun control laws. I did a video on the Universal background check law last time, this video is on the new MN Red Flag Law (Extreme Risk Protection Orders). Once again this is complicated law with a lot of moving parts, most of them seem to be stacked against gun owners.
